Every practice has its own web address, and that is where you and your families sign in. Every link in your practice’s emails opens there.

    Any email your practice sends

    Every link in an invoice, a reminder or a session note opens at your address, so one a family forwards you will show it.

    Sign up again with the same email address

    We will not set up a second practice: we email you the address of the one you have, with a link to sign in.

    Start typing lucylearn into the address bar. Your browser will usually suggest it.

in your tutor’s email.

Families sign in at their tutor’s address, with a link sent by email rather than a password. If yours has expired, ask for a new one on the sign-in page there.

Why you can’t search for your practice

We don’t look
addresses up.

A box that said “no practice found” would let anyone guess which tutors use Lucy Learn. Signing in only at your own address also keeps each practice’s records apart from every other.
